The holder of all rights to the website dd-innovation.hr is the company DDINNOVATION doo, owned by Deni Damjanić (hereinafter referred to as: DDINNOVATION). Through the aforementioned website, DDINNOVATION provides sales services through its service - Internet distance selling (hereinafter referred to as: Web shop). By using the Web shop service and all associated sites and services on the domain dd-innovation.hr, consumers are deemed to be familiar with these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as: Terms) at all times, and to fully understand and accept them.

These Terms apply to the rights and obligations related to the purchase of products or services via the Web shop and the rights and obligations arising from the conclusion of the Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter: the Agreement) between the consumer as the end customer and the Web shop, are considered integral part of such contracts.

I.) Conclusion and termination of sales contracts

These Terms and Conditions, as well as certain terms of sale indicated with information about certain products, represent an offer by DDINNOVATION to conclude a Contract, and the user, as the buyer, accepts them by registering, concluding an order, or otherwise determined by these Terms, which is considered to be the conclusion of a Contract between the user and DDINNOVATION, according to the terms of sale specified in these Terms.

The subject and commercial purpose of the Agreement is the purchase of a selected product or service via the Web Shop with payment of the appropriate fee - the price of that product or service. The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) via the Internet.

The contract comes into force and is binding from the moment the user accepts the DDINNOVATION offer by selecting payment and completing the order as a registered user of the Web shop.

a) In the process of registering or creating a user account, the user is obliged to choose a name or names under which he will provide services and choose a security password and submit a valid e-mail address and contact phone number. All data required for registration or creation of a user account must be true, and the use or use of other people's data is expressly prohibited.

b) Registration or user account is created only for one person and it is not allowed to communicate information about registration or user account to third parties. The user is obliged to keep information about his security password and user account. The use of someone else's registration or user account is not allowed.

c) For violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions from this chapter, DDINNOVATION reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate the user's registration or user account, without the obligation to compensate the user for any cost or damage.

d) By paying for the service, it is considered that a Contract has been concluded between DDINNOVATION and the user as the buyer.

e) The Agreement enters into force upon the user's registration, i.e. from the day the user accepts the offer to enter into such an Agreement.

f) In connection with the conclusion of the Agreement, the following will be delivered to the user: a confirmation of the concluded Agreement to the e-mail address, i.e. a pre-contractual notice from Article 57, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 41/2014 and 110/2015) , these Terms and the notification of the user's right to unilateral termination of the Agreement with the form for unilateral termination of the Agreement from Article 61, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.

g) The User can unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason. The User does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement:

- if the service to him is fully fulfilled, and the fulfillment began with his express prior consent and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service is fully fulfilled, unless the contracting parties agree otherwise

- if the subject of the Agreement is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery,

- if the subject of the Contract is goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery.

In order for the user to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, they must notify DDINNOVATION of their decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the deadline, by an unambiguous statement sent by mail (to DDINNOVATION doo owned by Deni Damjanić, Dudova 10 a, 52474 Brtonigla), by e-mail to damjanic.innovation@gmail.com, stating their name and surname, address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address, and invoice and/or order details.

The deadline for unilateral termination of the Agreement is 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the Agreement were handed over to the user or a third person designated by the user, who is not the carrier, or, in the case of a service, from the conclusion of the Agreement.

If the user unilaterally terminates the Agreement, the funds received from him will be refunded, less delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 7 (seven) days from the date on which DDINNOVATION, or the Web shop, receives the user's decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. The refund will be made in the same way as the user made the payment, but only after the goods have been returned to the seller in their original condition. In the event that the user agrees to a different method of refunding the amount paid, he will not bear any costs in relation to the return. DDINNOVATION can only refund the money after the goods have been returned and inspected, i.e. whether they correspond to their original condition.

without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which DDINNOVATION, or the Web shop, sent its decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract. The user shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The user is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. In the event of damage to the original packaging, the refund amount will be reduced by a percentage corresponding to the value of the goods. In such a case, they will be notified. II.)

Terms and purchase process

The main characteristics of the product, the method of use, prices, special offers and benefits, payment and delivery methods refer to those that are valid at the time the order is placed. The above data will be indicated with each product.

The price of the product, excluding VAT (VAT exempt pursuant to Article 90 of the VAT Act), and the delivery cost are visible in the shopping cart before the order is completed. The delivery cost may also be visible in some other parts of the site. All information about the purchase confirmation based on an electronic order will be delivered to the buyer's email address specified in the registration/order process or in the shopping cart when entering data when completing the order. Delivery and delivery terms

The shipping cost is calculated automatically when you purchase the product and you are issued a proforma invoice that includes the price of the purchased products and the shipping price.

The cost of delivery will be shown in the shopping cart along with the price of the product.

The delivery term for products, which are stated to be in stock, in the territory of Croatia and the EU will be indicated before the order is confirmed and starts from the day of the order / purchase, except for products with a special note.

In the event of a change in the delivery date or any other important circumstances for the execution of the order, the customer will be notified immediately by our customer service via e-mail address. IV.) Complaints and objections

Ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged by normal handling during transport/delivery. The buyer is obliged to inspect the received shipment upon receipt. If the received shipment has visible damage/defects, we recommend that the buyer refuse to accept it, as there is a possibility that the product inside such packaging is damaged. By refusing to accept it, the delivery service will return the shipment to DDINNOVATION, noting that the shipment contains a defect.

In the case of a justified complaint, it is possible to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or replacement of the product. If it is a question of damage and/or malfunction of the delivered goods, the customer should send a photo of the said complaint so that it can be accepted on the basis of physical evidence. The web shop collects the advertised, damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the customer did not affect the defectiveness, damage or any lack of the goods. In the event of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with a new one is fully borne by the Web shop.

In the event of a dispute regarding the justification of the complaint and/or the way in which the product was returned (the product must be unused, in an unchanged quantity and in the original packaging, with the original invoice and warranty presented, if any) the product will be submitted for expert examination by an expert or a professional legal entity . In the event that the expert opinion determines the justification of the complaint, all the cost of replacing the product will be borne by the Web shop, and in the case of an unjustified complaint, the cost will be borne by the customer.

The customer has no right to complain or to refund the amount paid or replace the product if the product is damaged (e.g. a broken bottle) due to the sole fault of the customer. VI)
